Frida's Nibbles
Juliana is Brazilian and moved to Ireland 7 years ago and is now married to an Irish man and is living in Cappawhite in Co Tipperary.

Juliana started to change her diet during the first lockdown, due to health issues which she talks about on her social media pages. During this time she discovered her passion for cooking and nutrition. Juliana has done a course with The Happy Pear.

Frida's Nibbles began in July last year when Juliana decided to combine her passion for cooking, craft and nature while supporting her community by offering a genuine healthy product.
