Meet the team
Blue Skies Craft and Food Market is run by Stephanie Quirke and Liz Donlan. They both have a varied business background as well as involvement with craft fairs/markets both as stallholders and organisers. Together they are a formidable team!

Stephanie Quirke (Secretary)
Stephanie has a keen interest in all things craft and food. Since the first lockdown in 2020 Stephanie has started a small business - Black & Copper - which specialises in home fragrances. Stephanie has been part of many markets including Ballymaloe Christmas Fair.

Running events/markets is another big interest of Stephanie's as she loves meeting new people and being part of different community groups. She has also raised money for many charities.

Stephanie has a background in social media and runs Blue Skies social accounts as well as designing all the leaflets and posters and arranging the printing and distribution of them.

Liz Donlan (Treasurer)
Liz has been making handmade cards (Cards 4 All Occasions) since 2014 when she was based in the UK. In addition to having stalls she also organised and assisted in craft fairs. Two of the craft fairs she organised had in excess of 60 stalls at each and she also helped raise £500 for charity on each occasion.

Liz moved to Ireland in April 2019 and has continued to make cards and sell them at craft fairs/markets in Ireland.

Liz has a secretarial background and a Certificate in Business Studies, as well as having a website design business (Spider Communications) and is responsible for producing and maintaining this website as well as handling all the admin side of Blue Skies Craft and Food Market.
